Recently, when I was in Nashville, someone told me that they weren’t really sure about the work that CK+B engages in. While we are brand story tellers to the food and beverage world, our practices and mediums don’t always make sense at street level.
I’ve attached a cover photo, as my words can never do this crowd justice, North African Goats, beautiful in every way, milk producers, stag impersonators, and sweet sirens of voices.
We could tell you about how this relationship feeds our R+D+E team to develop bottle catch and release programs or scale ChimiChurri Ice Cream recipes from Raw Goat Milk and local herbs. Or how agricultural intern programs have been picking up the holes in training a hospitality field as America’s work force and global economy rapidly categorizes itself.
I could explain how software platforms and technology networks help to make sure these Kids can be the “Greatest of All Time” in whatever that arena of competition and community might be, regardless of financial unrest, supply issues, tactical holes, or strategy astray, success is reachable for those that dare.
Sometimes the best we can do is to step aside and just let the world shine, and when that happens CK+B’s only work left is to make some herbaceous ice cream to celebrate Spring.
Go, celebrate, and find you’re happy goat.
